Karen Daggett Austin...
earned her Bachelor of Arts at California State University, Long Beach
with a specialization in Dance Education. She holds a current Oregon
state teaching credential and has taught for more than 20 years in
public education, private schools and dance studios. A Screen Actor's Guild cardholder, Karen has a background in theater/voice/dance, appearing on stage in "Oklahoma","Carousel", "Born Yesterday" and others, in Long Beach State University's Dance Collaborative... as a featured actress in television commercials for Oscar Mayer, Mick's Alehouse, Beach's and more... and in the ABC Movie of the Week, "Inherit the Wind" starring Kirk Douglas. Karen has choreographed and/or directed dance sequences for Rogue Music Theater (The Wizard of Oz), Star Search (junior dance trio: Wes Veldink, Mary Harry and Tara Massey ), The Miss Rogue Valley Pagaent, Tanzsommer Dance Festival Stars Of Tomorrow (Austria, Europe), various regional high schools, and adjudicated for the Oregon State Thespian Finals as well as Spotlight National Dance Events.
Off the stage, Karen is also a published writer of regional articles in California and Oregon.
As
the co-founder/owner of All That Jazz and the director of its Advanced
Production ensemble since 1991, Karen has had the privilege of leading
the group to numerous national dance titles, to perform on tour
throughout Austria,Europe, and to appear in interviews, a national ad
& rankings in both Dance Teacher and Dance Spirit magazines. Karen is known for her positive and encouraging teaching style, love
for musical/dance theater, emphasis on the importance of good early
technique work, and 'a lot of fun ... with focus' in the classroom.
Sabina Hillman...
has been the director of All That Jazz's Intermediate Production
ensemble since it's inception in 1995. In addition to her early
training at All That Jazz, Sabina has also studied in classes at Empyrean Movement in Portland, Summer Dance Pursuit at the University of Oregon, EDGE Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, Broadway Dance Center
in New York, and at national conventions and teacher workshops too
numerous to list. As a member of the studio's Advanced Production
ensemble herself in the mid-90's, she performed with the teams who
earned national awards for dance excellence with their pieces, "Roads", "The Cross", and "Sleep Now". Sabina
has been teaching and choreographing for more than 12 years now, and is
known for her inspirational lyrical pieces and nurturing class
environment with a strong technical focus. When she's not at the
studio, Sabina is at "Body Evolution", the premiere health and wellness spa she (as a liscensed massage therapist) co-owns in Grants Pass.
Kristen De Bellis...has a background in dance, voice and theater. She has been seen on stage in various venues with credits including Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown,
and others. After training at All That Jazz from the age of 12, Kristen
became an Advanced Production member, choreographing her first
nationally award winning piece for the group, "Sleep Now", when she was only 18 years old. That same year, she was named top senior dancer and earned an EDGE scholarship from Urban Jamm National Dance Conventions. Her piece, "Marrakesh" captured the highest national award for excellence in choreographic achievement, and the Performers of the Year title for All That Jazz at the LADF finals
in 2002. Her choreography has also been seen at the Craterian Theater
in numerous "It's About Dance" concerts, and on other stages across
Oregon, Washington, California, Florida and Europe. Kristen is known
for her creative, "out-of-the-box" choreography, and cutting edge style
which has the predictable quality of drawing her audiences into the
stories she tells through movement.
Rosemary Adams...studied dance at Long Beach State University in California, as well as in professional master classes with Bill Evans, The Eugene Ballet Company
and others since 1983. She has worked as both a dancer and
choreographer for Rogue Music Theater, the NVHS Drama Group,
Barnstormers, and Rogue Community College. Her credits as a
dancer/choreographer include: "Paint Your Wagon", "Carousel", "Guys and Dolls", "West Side Story", "Kismet", "Alice in Wonderland" and "Snow Queen". As a dance instructor first at Rogue Community College,
and then at All That Jazz since1993, Rosemary has taught jazz, ballet
and pointe and is known for her strong emphasis on proper technique and
execution in all genres.

Whitney Fitzgerald ...was
a member of All That Jazz's Intermediate and Advanced Production
performance/competition ensembles from the ages of 12 to 18. She was a
part of the studio ensemble that captured the coveted 2002 "Performers
of the Year" National Title for three separate dance pieces at the LA
Danceforce Finals in California that year. In addition, Whitney
performed and toured Austria, Europe in 2003 with the group, and has
trained with such notable professional choreographers as Wade Robson
(of "So You Think You Can Dance" fame), Wes Veldink, Gregg Russell,
Mandy Moore, and too many more to list. Whitney is known for her
contemporary/commercial hip hop style and maintaining a fun, positive
energy in her classroom.
Elyse Roxander...As a child and teen, Elyse focused most of her time and energy on ballet studies, however she was still able to perform in several theater productions: The Music Man, Oliver, A Mid Summer Night’s Dream, Damn Yankees and The Wiz. Due to her extensive dance training, Elyse was often cast as a featured dancer. Upon graduating from high school, she worked as assistant choreographer for West Side Story and had the opportunity to try her hand at choreography for several of the numbers. As a ballet dancer Elyse was fortunate enough to study with some of the best instructors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under the direction of Grace Doty, Berkeley Conservatory of Ballet, Elyse danced principal roles in ballets such as Graduation Ball, Paquita, Les Sylphides, Gayaneh Pas de Deux, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Glazenov Divertisement and Vivaldi Concerto.
In 1993 after retiring from performing, she was hired as principal teacher and ballet mistress at San Jose Dance Theatre, and in 1995 began Dance Theatre Seven’s Professional Program with her husband, David Roxander. Elyse enjoys teaching all levels of ballet, from beginning through advanced, and has many former students dancing professionally in companies such as San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, Houston Ballet, New York City Ballet, Smuin Ballet, Sacramento Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Ballet Memphis, Texas Ballet Theatre, Tulsa Ballet and Ballet West.
Since moving to Southern Oregon, Elyse and her husband, David, have worked with Children’s Musical Theatre of Oregon (“CMTO”), choreographing and co-directing their production of Peter Pan and their fundraising event An Evening of Dreamers.
